Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule

Locations

Registration

Students are encouraged to look up the exam schedule online. It is important to remember that the schedule for exams may change at any moment. Students should therefore inquire with their instructors to confirm the correct time and date of their exam. Students should also print the official list of questions to bring with them to the exam.

In addition to the exam schedule, students should familiarize themselves with the exam guidelines, conditions and terms. They are available on the exam's individual page. Students acknowledge having read and accepted the terms and conditions upon registration.

Exam sites try their best to accommodate students with special needs. The nature and extent of these needs should be stated on the registration form and confirmed by an attestation from a doctor. In addition the exam sites must be kept confidential.

If a student has three exams scheduled for the same day it is recommended to contact their instructor or department to arrange a make-up exam. Although it is possible to take three tests in one day, this can cause an increase in stress levels and could affect the quality of the exam. The instructor may not be able to offer a makeup test on another day.

Before taking the test Students must prepare for the exam by reviewing their study material and practicing their German skills. The test is a written test that tests your ability to read, Jazda Motocyklem speak, and write German. The exam results are presented on a scale from A1 to C2. Students who successfully pass the test receive an Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate documents achievement of language level A1. This level is the first level of the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The examination is free of charge. Students should bring a valid government-issued ID to the test. If they do not present an ID with a valid photo will be disqualified from the exam.

Fees

If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to be awarded a Goethe-Zertifikat egzamin teoretyczny a1 (start German 1), you'll need to pay the exam fee. This fee is in addition the course fee.

Practice assessments provide you with an overview of the style of the questions, their wording and the difficulty of questions on the test. They can help you evaluate your knowledge, identify gaps and improve your chances of acing the exam.

Please be aware that the fee for exams is non-refundable. Exam results are only sent via email and not by phone.
